rooibos 是一種天然不含咖啡因的茶，由 Aspalathus linearis 灌木的葉子製成。 作為超級食品而聞名。Rooibos 生長在南非的 Cederberg 沿海山區，所以又名南非博士茶。

南非博士茶沒有咖啡因成份，具有抗焦慮、鎮靜和改善睡眠的作用。

南非博士茶亦被發現含有比綠茶高50倍的超氧化物歧化酶，將身體內毒性高的氧自由基，分解成對人體無害的物質，從而防止細胞受損，並促進細胞的新陳代謝。
