每餐服用方法

成人：

用溫水沖泡，或先用少量冷水調成糊狀，再加入熱水調至自己喜歡的濃度；

可加入羊奶、牛奶、豆奶、椰青水等飲品中；

可與芝麻粉、杏仁粉、薏米粉等營養品混合；

嬰幼兒：

與羊奶／牛奶（羊奶比牛奶更有助消化和吸收，且不容易導致身體過敏）按以下比例混合：

第一次：60ml 奶＋半包糙米纖維素

半個月後：60ml 奶＋1包糙米纖維素

一個月後：60ml 奶＋1.5包糙米纖維素

小型猫狗: 每次1/3包

大型猫狗: 每次1/2包

Brown rice cellulose ultrafine powder

How to take each meal

aldult:

Brew with warm water, or first use a small amount of cold water to make a paste, then add hot water to adjust to your favorite concentration;
